Terms of service
These terms govern use of the Rysk website, virtual economy, and connected Roblox game.

Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, linking Roblox, or using Rysk, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use Rysk if you cannot agree to them. You must also comply with Roblox's applicable terms, rules, and age requirements when using the connected Roblox experience.
Accounts
Keep your account credentials private and use only accounts you are authorised to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person, share or sell accounts, evade restrictions, or attempt to link a Roblox account that is not yours. Rysk may require re-authentication or unlinking where account security or ownership is in question.
Rysk mailboxes
Rysk mailboxes are optional and are assigned, suspended, or removed only by the OWNER role. An assigned mailbox uses its email address as the mail username and the account's current Rysk password for mail authentication. Do not use a Rysk mailbox for unlawful, abusive, spam, or impersonation activity. Rysk may suspend a mailbox, reject delivery, filter messages, or retain relevant records where necessary for security, abuse prevention, or service operation.
Virtual economy
Rysk cash, cases, inventory items, serials, listings, game outcomes, and account statistics are virtual records used only within Rysk. They are not money, financial instruments, or real-world property; they have no cash-out value and cannot be exchanged for real currency through Rysk. A displayed value, RAP, listing price, or estimated value is informational and is not a promise of future value or a guarantee that a purchase, sale, trade, or game outcome will occur.
Games, trades, and listings
Rysk may offer coinflips, cases, case battles, jackpots, trades, and player listings. Before confirming an action, you are responsible for reviewing the selected items, serials, stake, price, and counterparty. A listing, trade, or game action can fail or be rejected when the current server state, ownership, balance, inventory lock, or safety checks do not permit it. The API and recorded transaction state control the outcome of economic actions.
Fair use and integrity
Do not exploit bugs, automate economic actions, manipulate market activity, use unauthorised clients or API access, interfere with game communication, duplicate items or payouts, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Do not harass, deceive, or target other players through Rysk features. Report suspected faults through official Rysk support channels rather than using them.
Corrections and enforcement
Rysk may investigate activity, pause or reverse invalid transactions, remove listings, correct balances or inventories, suspend access, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to address a bug, exploit, fraud, security incident, policy breach, or economy integrity issue. We will use reasonable judgment, but automated and live-service systems can make mistakes; contact administration promptly if you believe an action was incorrect.
Availability and changes
Rysk is provided as an evolving online service. Features, values, odds, inventory rules, limits, and access may change, be interrupted, or be removed. We may perform maintenance, reset or rebalance virtual-economy data, or change these terms where needed to operate the service. We will update the date above when these terms change.
Third parties
Roblox, Cloudflare, RoProxy, and other providers may have their own terms and policies. Rysk is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content. Roblox names, marks, and services belong to their respective owners; Rysk is not endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rysk is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that it will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or preserve every virtual record. Rysk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss of virtual items, virtual balances, listings, or progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
